- We discuss what's possible structurally, electrically, plumbing-wise
- You can ask anything — we'll give you straight answers

Within one business day of the walkthrough, you receive a written estimate with line-item pricing — no "TBD" surprises mid-project.
What to expect
- Itemized cost breakdown by trade (demo, framing, electrical, etc.)
- Material allowances clearly listed for items you'll select
- Permits, daily cleanup, and final inspection included
- Realistic timeline with key milestones
- Optional add-ons listed separately so you can choose

One project manager from start to finish. Weekly progress updates. Job site cleaned at the end of every day.
What to expect

- Job site swept and tools put away at end of each day
- You're notified before utility shutoffs or noisy work
- Change orders documented in writing before any change is made
Final walkthrough.
A full walkthrough with a punch list — nothing closes out until you sign off. One-year workmanship warranty in writing.
What to expect
- Walk every room with the PM and lead carpenter
- Write a punch list of anything that needs attention
- We complete punch list items before final invoice
- You receive the workmanship warranty in writing
- Documentation handed over: permits, manuals, paint colors, materials list
